We woke to a fine morning, thankfully. Made our way today to Cliffs of Moher, stopping for breakfast along the way and a look around Tralee. The scenery in this part of the country is amazing and without the crowds of the main areas and of course, there are always tractors - anywhere and any time of the day. Not unusual to see tractos in amongst the 5 0'clock traffic.
The Cliffs of Moher took us all by surprise, as Les said, he thought we would rock up to see some cliffs, take a couple of pics and push on north, but No! There are shops, exhibition, all cut into the hillside, a tower in great condition, walkway following the coast, bird sanctuary with puffins and many other species on view. Spent sometime here before leaving to head north of Galway where we will stay the night....
